Each available plan apart from the unlimited plan has a maximum amount of task requests each month. We will work through them with you in the priority that you and your project manager set.
A single task needs to be able to be completed within three hours or less to class as a single task. Examples include updating text or images, developing a new CMS, adding a new section, fixing design issues, or integrating third-party tools. Larger updates, such as implementing complex custom functionality, may count as multiple tasks, depending on the scope of work involved. Our team will let you know if a single task meets the threshold of multiple tasks.
The Appleby Creative team will keep you in the loop with how many tasks you have used for the month. If you need more tasks in a particular month, you have the option to up your retainer package or be charged for overage tasks for that month.
For smaller tasks turn around time is generally 1-2 days. For larger tasks—like designing and developing a new page—turn around time varies from a few days to a week.
You can arrange a demo with our sales team, who will walk you through the different plan options. They’ll assess your specific needs and help you choose the plan that best suits your goals and budget.
You will have your own personalised dashboard where you can easily submit tasks to our team. During your onboarding we’ll go through in detail how to submit tasks and track the status of the tasks you have submitted.
